Failed Regeneration in High Elevation Mixed Species Forests

In 1992 an internal department memo to ERDAG (East Gippsland Silviculture Research and Development Action Group) stated that 79% of coupes had failed to regenerate adequately in the High Elevation Mixed Species Forests over the previous three years.
